What is your return policy?
For any undamaged items excluding Custom/Personalised (unless damaged) you will need to contact Little Me Gifts and Scents within 24 hours of delivery. You have up until 14 days to return the item and it will need to be returned with all its accessories with the original receipt. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do you offer international shipping?
No unfortunately not at this stage, but possible will do in the future.
When will my order get despatched?
Your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. If you require your order urgently, please feel free to contact us via our "Get in Touch" page.
How can I cancel my order?
Personalised order's cannot be cancelled since your order may already be in production, however you can cancel items that are not personalised up until 12hrs of placing order.
What information should I input in the comments when ordering?
When specified please enter all details i.e. colour, size, design option, name. Please note there may not always be an option to select so please enter details where requested in comment field.
Will I get notification when my order is being despatched?
Yes you will get a notification when your order is ready to be despatched along with a tracking number.
Will I get an invoice?
You will be sent a non VAT invoice as we are not VAT registered.
